The value of money is always fluctuating, and thus we’re always in flux. Taxes, inflation, unforeseen circumstances, etc. all contribute to my perpetual unease around finances — and thus my life. Les Brown once said, “Money’s not everything…but it’s right up there with breathing.” I feel that. That’s why I’m such a romantic, I think. I want to live in a world of constants, even if my love is all I can control. Sigh. *Back to this chocolate milk*
