Teaching is TOUGH! No secrets there — unless you’ve never taught before. In that case, you have little idea how insane an 8-hour day in a ‘concrete classroom’ can make you. In fact, it was so stressful I wrote a book (see above photo). While that’s no longer the book cover, the book is out and I have placed a link to it at the bottom of this article. What you will find below are actual quotes and annotations from the book. Remember, there are 52 — one for each week!

If you are a teacher, or know a teacher, this may be a great gift for the beginning of the school year. School’s just started! And as a teacher, I (knowingly) wanted to create a support system for teachers in need. Seriously. It’s ridiculously easy to get bogged down by ‘the system.’ We deserve a pat on the back sometimes and not just from friends named Jack Daniels and Captain Morgan.
