Let this be the first thing I say: If you’re not where you want to be, it’s because you’re inconsistent. Emotional balance, tangible results, and winning visions, all stem from a steadfast mind. In short, consistency is the mental glue that holds everything together. That’s why, when you see someone quit a physical activity, such as cycling or running on a treadmill, it’s typically the mind that quits before the body. Few are mentally conditioned enough to test and endure the brutal lengths of what the body can truly accomplish when loosed from doubt and distraction, in which case…

Every worthwhile endeavor then comes down to will; and winners are the ones who can consistently harness their minds to impose their will over others. That’s the winning formula for any type of success: a mind consistently focused on one outcome.
